 want you to relax and enjoy your vacation without worrying about cleaning

If you should need any extra cleaning while you are here for 1, 2 or even 3 weeks, we have daily or weekly cleaning services available so please feel free to call and we will do our best to accommodate you and your needs.

Also please be aware if you are here for 3 weeks or more, your lease will inform you that it is standard to have a cleaning in the middle of your stay.  We will be calling you to schedule this service.  During the first week of your arrival is when we schedule these services.  This helps both parties to find a time that works best.

This year, each house will have a quick to-do list, with details on what needs to be completed before you checkout.  Please note (if these chores are not completed there will be an extra charge)  Please, if for any reason you are not able to get these chores done, call us immediately and we will allow for more time at your house allowing us to complete the list.  At this time we will let you know how much extra money you will need for the cleaners that will be coming to help you. 

We do realize that check out time can get very hectic, so if you find that you need help last minute, call immediately.  Time is very precious because everything needs to be ready ahead.  We will be available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM!
