Please call in advance - The schedule fills up quickly.
We work on a first come first serve basis.

Services should be booked in the following order:

1.  Complete window washing, basement and garage cleaning, window and door screens repaired and replaced as needed with Mike Craffey @ 508 945 9379

2.  Spring cleaning, call Ramona @ 508 737 4697

3.  Extermination of bugs and mice with Matt Helms
@ 508 375 9009

4.  Follow up cleaning after extermination services so nothing unexpected is left behind.


TYPES OF CLEANING SERVICES OFFERED

Prices are based on the size of the home with a two hour minimum

Touch up Cleaning - when your home has been cleaned and no one has stayed there since that cleaning, not even for one night, you just need a freshening up between extended periods of rentals.

Turnover Cleaning - if anyone should come to stay for one night, a weekend or any length of time, then your home will need a complete cleaning of the whole house to ensure it is perfect for your tenants to arrive.  Each home has a contracted price for the upcoming rental season.  Includes:  light dusting and Windexing of all furniture, kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and disinfected, all floors vacuumed and mopped.

Double Cleaning - is a deeper cleaning than a turnover clean, but not as detailed as a spring clean.  This may include specific attention to areas that need it the most.  Two times the contracted turnover cleaning price.

Spring Cleaning - a complete thorough cleaning of your home, scheduled from March 14th - May 31st.  Includes:  pulling out all furniture and cleaning behind, vacuuming all furniture, dusting and polishing all fixtures, organizing and cleaning inside and out of all kitchen cabinets, disinfecting all appliances, bathrooms disinfected and cleaned all floors vacuumed and mopped.  Three times the contracted turnover cleaning price. 

Fall /  End of Season Cleaning - an extensive cleaning and closing of your home for the season.  Includes:  cleaning under all furniture and rugs so crumbs won't attract mice, inside of kitchen cabinets check for open food and crumbs, mildew removal with Clorox Bleach (frequently present in this region of high humidity) and laundry-wash all spreads mattress covers and linens.

**We highly recommend an End of Season Cleaning with all of the traffic your home endures through the season.

When closing your home for the season, you should have your rugs professionally cleaned, put all storm windows down, remove a/c units from windows, and store outside furniture and grills.

OPTIONAL SERVICES - once a month cleaning through the winter to keep up on your home
